PRESIDENT OF ACCA SRI LANKA BAGS THE CMA PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE AWARD

The CMA Professional Excellence Awards are presented each year to top accounting professionals who have contributed to the accounting profession and excelled in their professional and business career.

Adrian Perera , currently the Director Corporate Affairs at OASIS Hospital, is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka, and the Certified Professional Managers of Sri Lanka. Adrian is also the Chairman of the ACCA Sustainability Awards Committee and an Associate member of the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Post Graduate Institute of Management University of Sri Jayawardenapura.

Adrian in his current role as Chairman member network panel for ACCA Sri Lanka has worked to address the skills and competences essential for their members and worked closely with employers, learning partners, and other key stakeholders to help promote and enhance the ACCA brand in the country.

Commenting on his award, Adrian said “I am honored to receive such a distinguished award from a national body .I believe that the Accountancy Profession can become a catalyst in Sri Lanka’s growth story”
