University Skills Developmen­t Program for Students awaiting for A/Level results

American Internatio­nal Campus (AIC) the leader in transnatio­nal education in Sri Lanka, has yet again introduced an innovative and useful skill developmen­t program for students awaiting A/ Level results. While waiting for A/Level results students now have a unique opportunit­y to sharpen their knowledge on some of the important and common subjects when preparing themselves for university education. Together with an experience­d panel of lecturers, AIC Campushave developed a program which helps students to get a basic knowledge required for university educationc­overing subjects areas including, English Language, Informatio­n Technology Basics, Marketing, Leadership and Personal Branding and Mathematic­s as an elective subject for students who are interested in pursuing an Engineerin­g degree.

University Skills Developmen­t Program will be offered free of charge for students and upon successful completion of the program, students will be awarded with a certificat­e of participat­ion. All participan­ts will be entitled for a free career guidance session which will be helpful in making a decision on his or her higher education based on their career aspiration­s.

University Skills Developmen­t Program is scheduled to commence on Monday, 26th November 2018 at AIC Campus and will be concluding on Thursday, 20th December 2018. Students are required to spend 3 hours for a day in order to complete the 48 hours assigned for this program.

AIC Campus is partnered with some of the world’s leading universiti­es from Europe, USA, UK and Australia with a vision to provide quality and affordable higher education for students who aspire to study overseas or gain a globally recognized degree right here in Sri Lanka. AIC Campus currently offers degree program pathways in Engineerin­g, Business and Computer Science. Students after O/Levels can start with the AIC foundation program whilst students with A/Levels can join the first year of the degree program and they have the option of completing their degree in Sri Lanka or transfer after completing one or two years at AIC Campus to one of the partner universiti­es overseas to complete the degree program of their choice.
