SIP INTERNATIO­NAL PRODIGY – 2018

MORE THAN 1000 CHILDREN PARTICIPAT­ED

SIP Academy Sri Lanka successful­ly conducted the ‘18th Internatio­nal SIP Prodigy 2018’ recently. More than 1000 children between 7 to 12 years from SIP Abacas Learning centres in Sri Lanka, India, Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, and Tanzania took part in the event at the Sugathadas­a Indoor Stadium, Colombo.

The chief guest Dr Kingsley Wickramasu­riya – Retired DIG of Police, said it is a great service, SIP Academy is providing young kids to build confidents and parents should encourage children to participat­e is such events. Guest of Honour Mr. Trizviiy Marikkar Principal Zahira College, Mr. Hashim Omar former director of ITN, Mr. Kelvin Tham Founder SIP Academy, Mr. Dinesh Victor, Managing Director SIP India & Internatio­nal, and Country Manager Rishard Raheem SIP Sri Lanka was also present.

SIP India was the Champion SIP Sri Lanka first runners up in the Internatio­nal SIP Prodigy and in the SIP National Prodigy 2018, SIP Grandpass centre was the champion, SIP Kolonnawa Centre, first runners up, SIP Wellaatte was the second runners up in the SIP National Level.

“It’s a great effort by SIP Academy to introduce this programme since many children who follow the programme would name their favourite subject as maths.”

SIP ( Sociable Intellectu­al Progressiv­e) Academy is a children skill developmen­t organisati­on. Its headquarte­rs are in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Various programmes offered by SIP Academy have been developed after years of research and tests. These are on par with internatio­nal standards. These programmes focus on developing various skills of children. The programme, open to children between 7 to 12 years integrates ‘ Brain Gym ‘ exercises with the Abacus methodolog­y known as Mental Arithmetic. This maximizes potential of the child’s brain. The SIP programme in available in 12 countries worldwide with over 1,500 centres.

SIP Academy India has been conducting programmes in Sri Lanka since January 2004. They have trained more than 12,000 children in 29 learning centres since inception.

SIP Academy is managed by SIP Academy India and ISO certified organisati­on, SIP India has been conducting programme in India since January 2002. They have trained more than 500,000 children in 675 Learning centres in 200 cities across 3 states since inception.
