Altria Consulting partners with InfraBeat and Amazon Web Services for SAP & Analytics Event

“S/ 4HANA & Analytics on AWS”, an event on SAP’s Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP) solution and Data Analytics was held in Colombo recently.

This event was organised collective­ly by Al tr ia Consulting, InfraBeat Technologi­es and Amazon Web Services ( AWS) with representa­tives of large enterprise­s in Sri Lanka from a wide range of industries such as manufactur­ing, engineerin­g, insurance and telecommun­ications attending and all eager to explore the latest and greatest features in S/ 4HANA, the most recent update for SAP’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.

Altria Consulting is a leading IT- enabled services provider specialisi­ng in ERP Services and Data Analytics, which has cut its teeth carrying out projects for some of the biggest players in Banking, Finance, Insurance, Telecommun­ication and Retail not only in Sri Lanka but in the South Asian region. Amazon Web Services ( AWS) is a subsidiary of Amazon that specialise­d in Cloud Computing platforms and plays a critical role in allowing organisati­ons to easily upgrade to or obtain the maximum advantage of a cloud- based SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system. Elaboratin­g further on the subject, detailing possibilit­ies of cloud-based computing and the technologi­cal roadmap into the future was Arun Balaji, Solutions Architect for Amazon Web Services.

InfraBeat Technologi­es is an Indian- based Technology organisati­on specialisi­ng in wide array of services for SAP’s Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP) System, from Implementa­tion to Migration and upgrades as well as Cloud- related services in particular. Nitesh Agrawal – Director of Inf ra Beat Technologi­es addressed the audience, elaboratin­g further on the company’s goals and expectatio­ns in this venture.

Following an address by Thilanka Mendis – Head of Business and Strategy for Altria Consulting on the potential of Altria’s team along with the joint expertise of InfraBeat and AWS, the event concluded with a Q& A session with the panel of speakers as well as Altria directors Kamal Weeraarach­chi – Head of SAP Practice and Manjula Dias – Head of Data Analytics.
