Orel IT wins Presidential Export Awards 2018/19

Orel IT business consulting and IT outsourcing company that combines innovation, technology leadership and industry solution to transform the customer experience, was recognised as the Exporter of the BPM / KPM Sector 2018/19 Merit Award at the recently held Presidential Export Awards.

Orel IT also was awarded with the Woman Exporter of the Year, received by Orel IT Chairman Thilaka Ranjani Kodituwakku. The awards were presented by President Maithripala Sirisena at the Bandaranaike memorial International conference hall, Colombo.

The Presidential Export Awards were introduced by the Sri Lanka Export Development Board in 1981 as a way to acknowledge the efforts of the export community towards the development of the nation. The award is the highest form of recognition given to an exporter and is based on the exporters’ overall export earnings, product development, market development and social development made towards the country.
