Genie wins 2 Golds at the LankaPay Technnovation Awards

Genie, Sri Lanka’s first and only PCI-DSS certified mobile payment app by Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka’s premier connectivity provider, clinched gold awards for ‘Most Popular Electronic Payment Product (Fintech)’ and ‘Best Mobile Application for Retailer Payments’ at the LankaPay Technnovation Awards 2019 held last week in Colombo.

The awards, organised by LankaClear Ltd, the operator of the LankaPay national payment network, aims to recognise the frontrunners of the payment technology innovation industry who have remain steadfast in their vision of promoting electronic payments in the country, while consistently enhancing customer convenience.
