Sri Lanka’s First ever ‘Drive-Thru’ Graduation Ceremony at the British School in Colombo

On Thursday 25th June the British School in Colombo held Sri Lanka’s first ever “Drive-Thru” Graduation ceremony.

In a new traditionkeeping in line with social distancing, the graduating Class of 2020 were driven into the school drive way in their private vehicles for the ceremony making the experience different and unique.

The Certificate and a memento was presented to the students by the Principal Dr John Scarth and Deputy Principal Mr Jon Sindall and a photograph was taken of each student with the presentation party.
