ReeBonn Lanka partners Sri Lanka State Trading (General) Corporatio­n to launch “STC “brand

ReeBonn Lanka (Pvt) Limited partnered with Sri Lanka State Trading ( General) Corporatio­n (STC) to manufactur­e a home and personal care range under “STC” brand. This new range was launched on 11th January 2021 at the Ministry of Trade. The occasion was graced by Minister of Trade, Hon. Bandula Gunawardan­e, Secretary to the Ministry of Trade Ms. Badhranie Jayawarden­a, Chairman/ Managing Director of State Trading Coporation Mr. Yoga Perera, CEO of Lanka Sathosa Major Aruna Pandithage, Chairman/ Managing Director of ReeBonn Lanka Pvt Limited Mr. Kanishka Gamanayake, Mr. Prasanna Hennayake, Mr. Kanishka Bandarathi­lake and other senior officials.

Addressing of f i c i a l s, Minister Gunawardan­e said this initiative is part of a larger plan of encouragin­g local manufactur­ers in the private and state sector.

He also said that these products will be available across Lanka Sathosa outlets and other state retail channels in the near future.

While ReeBonn Lanka will manufactur­e products, STC will exclusivel­y service and distribute them to all government retail channels and institutio­ns. Products include Hair Oil, Hand Wash, Dish Wash, Toilet Cleaner, Laundry Liquid etc.

Speaking about the partnershi­p, Mr. Gamanayake, Chairman of ReeBonn Lanka said “we are proud to partner this initiative. ReeBonn is a brand with a 15 year history known for personal care products catering to herbal and natural ingredient seekers. Our entire portfolio is locally manufactur­ed under strict quality standards. We also manufactur­e home care products and this is a wonderful opportunit­y for local manufactur­ers such as ourselves“.
