Horizon Campus offers 6 Degree programmes on the Interest Free Student Loan Scheme (IFSLS) offered through the Ministry of Education

Horizon Campus, Malabe, a recognised Non-State sector Higher education Institutio­n and a founder member of the Sri Lanka Associatio­n of Non State Higher education Institutio­ns (SLANSHEI), now offers 6 degree programmes through the faculties of Sciences, Management, IT and Education, for students who wish to read for a degree programme in the Non State sector.

Students who have completed their GCE A/L’s in the years 2017/18 & 19’ are eligible to apply for this loan scheme and read for a degree at Horizon Campus. Following are some important details which are relevant to a student in making the decision to study at Horizon Campus through the IFSLS. obtain admission into a State University can apply for the IFSLS. Annually approximat­ely 300,000+ students sit the GCE A/Ls and around 160,000 qualify to seek admission into State Universiti­es. However, only 35,000 actually get such admission.
