SLIIT Postgraduate Open Day 2023; Paving the Way for Exciting Educational Opportunities

SLIIT is set to host the Postgraduate Open Day for the January 2023 intake, providing students with the ideal opportunity to discover multiple pathways for academic development. Scheduled for the 27th of November from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m at SLIIT Malabe Campus, students will receive an overview of the diverse range of postgraduate and PhD course options.

Open Day participants will receive a 15% discount, corporate registrations with a minimum of four per group will receive a 20% discount, and SLIIT Alumni will receive a 10% discount.

Prospective students can meet one-on-one with SLIIT expert teaching staff from the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research, programme coordinators, and the student enrolment team to learn more about the exciting range of courses available. SLIIT will provide detailed information on its research facilities, career opportunities, scholarships, and special discounts. The Open Day will include a Campus tour to learn about the services and the environment.

As the leading non-state higher education institute in Sri Lanka, all postgraduate degrees at SLIIT are approved by the University Grants Commission under the Universities Act. SLIIT is a member of the Commonwealth Universities Association (ACU) and the International

The postgraduate programmes at SLIIT are notable for their excellent faculty, industry-focused curriculum, robust research support, and commitment to meeting all deadlines and completing all coursework in a timely manner. The Postgraduate study programmes currently available includes, the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme, the MSc in Information Technology, the MSc in Information Management, the MSc in Information Systems, the MSc in Information Technology with a focus on Cyber Security, and the MSc in Information Technology with a focus on Enterprise Applications Development. SLIIT will offer Master of Philosophy (MPhil) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees in Business Administration beginning this year, in addition to other research-based degrees in computing and engineering offered on a full-time or parttime basis. Students can apply for MPhil and PhD programmes throughout the year.
