University, Malaysia has established its Learning Centre, Management & Science Institute (MSI) in Colombo to create better opportunities for Sri Lankan students to receive an excellent education in their home country.
The research-based PhD programme offered by MSU meets international standards by complementing the thesis work with a minimum of three internationally recognised refereed journal publications.
The programme is conducted as per the schedules provided by the University that consist of a proposal defence presentation, thesis work, work completion seminar and the final defense of VIVA. A Malaysian supervisor who are assigned by the University and local advisors guides PhD candidates. MSU Malaysia conducts monthly progress monitoring and all exams.
