Dr. Janagan Vinayagamo­orthy, Chairman of IDM Nations Campus Internatio­nal, led the ceremony, graced by esteemed dignitarie­s including Dr. Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe, Minister of Justice, Prison Affairs, and Constituti­onal Reforms, who served as the chief guest.
