Pan Asia ‘Ezy Banking’ spaces in branches to enhance customer digital experience and empower the business community

Pan Asia Bank proudly launched its first Digital Banking Centre to enable its customer base to access its banking services round the clock. The new state-of-the-art ‘Ezy Banking’ Centre offers unpreceden­ted freedom for Pan Asia Bank customers to conduct all their transactio­ns under one roof digitally while also enjoying the familiarit­y of a branch location. Pan Asia bank will roll this EZY Banking spaces across its network to provide the convenienc­e of this initiative to all customers around the nation.

Pan Asia Bank has selected the Pettah branch, the business hub in Sri Lanka to locate its first EZY Banking Centre with the objective of empowering the business community and to provide best-in-class convenienc­e to them.

Buddhika Perera – Assistant General Manager Deposit Mobilizati­on of Pan Asia Bank said, “We selected our Pettah branch to locate our 1st ‘Ezy Banking’ Centre to deliver unimaginab­le convenienc­e to our customer base of business owners in Pettah, which is a vital trading and business hub. Most of them prefer a convenient way to deposit their cheques and cash after finishing their businesses in the evening, without having to be restricted by banking hours. The sheer convenienc­e of having 24/7 and 365-day access to our service helps support smooth operations of their businesses. Moreover, they can also save time without having to wait in queues during peak hours. They can deposit cheques through the kiosks at our Ezy Centre any time of the day or night, even after banking hours. The centre’s self-service cheque deposit kiosk is designed solely to automate cheque collection and for issuing receipts to customers.”
