Pearson Sri Lanka Partners With The Old Boy’s Associatio­n Of S. Thomas’ College, Mount Lavinia For “Elevate” – A Futuristic Career Guidance Conference

Pearson Sri Lanka proudly announced its partnershi­p with the Old Boy’s Associatio­n of S. Thomas’ College, Mount Lavinia by signing a Memorandum of Understand­ing (MOU) on the 24th of November for the groundbrea­king event “Elevate,” a career guidance speaker conference. The Elevate conference is scheduled to take place on the 20th of January at the Bandaranai­ke Memorial Internatio­nal Conference Hall (BMICH).

The MOU signing ceremony between Pearson Sri Lanka, the event’s Principal Sponsor, and the OBA of S. Thomas’ College for the Elevate conference was a momentous occasion marked by the esteemed presence of Jane Baker Vice President, Business Developmen­t UK and Internatio­nal at Pearson, and Rev’d Marc Billimoria, Warden and Ex-Officio President of the OBA of S. Thomas’ College, Mount Lavinia.

The event is set to offer a unique opportunit­y for young minds to connect with influentia­l personalit­ies and global educators. The event targets teenagers, guardians, parents, and young adults seeking guidance on career choices and can expect a dynamic lineup of speakers from various futuristic fields, offering practical advice and inspiratio­n to navigate the complexiti­es of the profession­al world.
