Beloved husband of late Prema, ever loving Father of Dr Dilan, Dr Dilini (Sri Lanka Police Hospital) & Roshan (Engineer), loving father-in-law of Dr Harsha Baranage & most loving grandfather of Kevin & Mineli. Beloved son of late Ayur Dr D. A. Ilapperuma-arachchi & late Mrs Dansina Perera of Wadduwa. Beloved brother of late Dynesis, Nelson, Dr Punyasoma, Sarath, Wimala Perera, Hansa Perera, Kumudu Moramudali, Chandra Ekanayake & late Buddhimathie. Beloved brother-in-law of Rajah Perera (New Zealand), late Swarna Leelananda, late Nalini Colonne, late Percy Perera, late Mali Parakrama, Lakshmi Ilapperuma & Stanley Perera. Son-in-law of late George Perera & late Millie Perera of Nugegoda. Passed away peacefully on the 16th of March 2024. His remains will lie at the A F Raymond Funeral Parlour in Borella for viewing, from 10am to 10pm on Sunday, 17th March, and from 9am to 3pm on Monday, 18th March for cremation at 4pm on the same day, at the General Cemetery, Borella.

Beloved wife of Punchi Banda, devoted mother of Chamalee (deceased) and Thanuja, daughter of late Alice Nona Amarasinghe and Jinadasa Liyanage, sister of Dharme (deceased), Lakshman (deceased), Chandare (deceased), Malini, Aloma (deceased), Gratien (deceased), Glackson and Osmand, grandmother of Stephanie and Aaron and loving mother-in-law of Christopher, loving and adored aunty to many Nieces and Nephews. Remains will lie at the Restpect Jayarathne Funeral Home from Saturday 16th March 2024. Burial will be on Sunday 17th March 2024 at 4.30 p.m. at the Borella Cemetery. Inserted by the bereaved family.
