Woman arrested for murder

The police recently arrested 34-year-old Samantha H for the murder of a 77-year-old woman. The senior citizen was reportedly killed in her home located along the Anakokostraat in the Wanica District. Police Chief Guno Roosenhoff confirmed the arrest. Samantha H was reportedly jealous because her boyfriend, Oswald V, also had a relationship with the senior citizen. She allegedly went to the victim’s house and started quarreling with her. She allegedly hit the victim on the head with an object. The victim died as a result of the head injury. Samantha then left the house. OV reportedly covered the body and closed the victim’s house. He then went back to the victim’s house to collect certain things such as televisions.

Roosenhoff pointed out that investigators zeroed in on Oswald who had been spotted at the victim’s house on many occasions. After he was arrested he told the police that he had only stolen some items. He also told the police that his girlfriend had committed the murder. The police are holding OV accountable for theft and concealing the crime. Roosenhoff explained that the police succeeded in solving the murder. Samantha H has reportedly admitted that she is also guilty. The victim’s body was discovered on New Year’s Eve but investigators suspect that she was killed on December 28. A relative who lives elsewhere had tried to contact the victim for two days. When he could not get in contact with her, he went to her house on New Year’s Eve and discovered the body. He then notified the police.
