Underage girls sent nude pics via

-

Three underage girls who appeared separately in court on Wednesday told the court that they had sent nude pictures of themselves via Whatsapp to Feroz P who claimed to be in love with them.

Feroz P who reportedly placed the pictures on the Facebook page ‘Crazy chicks van Su’ is on trial for child pornography. A 14-year-old girl reportedly sent 35 pictures of her breasts and genital area to the suspect whom she met on Facebook. The suspect who had sent her a friend request called himself Selecta Beats and claimed that he was one of Selecta Beats’ little brothers. He had asked her for her phone number and also to be his girlfriend. She initially explained that she did not want to be his girlfriend but later on she granted his request. They then started to chat via Whatsapp. He told the girl that he would commit suicide if she did not send nude pictures to him. But once he had collected several pictures he threatened to put them on Facebook. One of the girl’s girlfriends later told her that her pictures were being circulated on social media. The victim told the court that she had only sent her pictures to Feroz P. She suspects him of having shared them with a female student who then uploaded them on Facebook. The Facebook page where the pictures could be found was eventually ‘deleted.’

Another underage gild also claimed that she and the suspect had had a Whatsapp relationship for 3 weeks. She had only sent him one picture of her breasts. He also asked for pictures of her genital area but she refused. The suspect then threatened to share her picture with others on Facebook. The girl also claimed that the defendant was the only person who had that picture of her. She explained that she had sent the picture because she loved and trusted him. Feroz P who is being represented by defense attorney Arjan Ramlakhan asked her for her forgiveness but she refused. The third girl who also told the same story to the court had sent pictures of her breasts and genital area to the defendant who then put them on Facebook. The trial will resume on July 5.
