More files to be added to terror case

-

The police will reportedly add more files to the case that the state is building against two brothers who are being suspected of planning acts of terror. Raoul A and Nasser I will reportedly face terror charges in court.

Judge Cynthia ValsteinMontnor on Tuesday made it clear to the police that they had until March 19 to hand over the additional files. The judge reportedly wants to let people take the witness stand on April 11. An additional file was added to the main dossier on Tuesday. A policeman who appeared in court pointed out that more files will follow. The policeman is reportedly investigating financial transactions. Raoul A and Nasser I on Tuesday denied being part of a terror organization in the period 2015 to 2017. The brothers are also being accused of recruiting fighters for ISIS and planning terror attacks from 2015 until 2017. They are also being charged with breaking the law on firearms. The defendants denied giving financial support to jihad fighters in Syria and Iraq. Police reports indicate that Raoul A was in possession of 202 bullets while his brother, Nasser I, had 2.

The defense attorneys of the suspects, Raoul Lobo and Murwin Dubois, pointed out that they are not finished reading the dossier. They also want to read the additional files before cross-examining the witnesses. Defendant Raoul A on Tuesday told the court that he has been in jail for the past 7 months.
