The university student who was recently arrested over the terror threats that were posted on social media has reportedly confessed to having posted the first threat on Facebook. The suspect told investigat­ors that he was having problems at home and that he wanted attention. 3olice Chief Guno Roosenhoff confirmed that the student has confessed to having launched the first ter ror threat via social media. The student, however, denies having posted the second threat. He had posted the first terror threat by pretending to be 0ohammed Ahmed Al 0ehdi and claiming to speak on behalf of the ,slamic State ,S . The student launched the terror threat via his fake pro file to demand that the terror suspects, Raoul A and 1asser ,, be released from police cus tody. Raoul A and 1asser , were reportedly arrested last year. ,f the government failed to comply, at least 5 people would reportedly be killed at the Anton De .om State University, the Santo Boma State 3enitentia­ry and Lyceum

Senior High School. After the first terror threat was pos ted, the police immediatel­y launched an investigat­ion. The suspect denied any involve ment in the second threat that was posted by 0ohammed Ali Bin Salah. 0ohammed Ali Bin Salah who also threatened to kill people pointed out that Suriname must not deem his threats as a threat and that it would face the conseTuenc­es.
