Dominican woman murdered

The body of a 31-year-old Dominican woman who was murdered was found in the house that she rented along the Irsillastraat. There are two houses located on the premises where the tenant lived. The landlady lives in the house that is located near the street while the tenant lived in the house that was located behind the landlady’s house. A 30-year-old man named Claudio started renting the house that has 2 bedrooms about a year ago. He and the victim who was his girlfriend lived in the house. Claudio was not in the house when the body was discovered in it on Tuesday. The landlady told the police that she had heard the victim call for help at 2 a.m. about a week ago but that she did not call the police because she the couple regularly fought with each other. She noticed a foul smell on Tuesday and decided to investigate.

She thought that the couple had left for French Guiana. When she looked inside the house, she saw one of the victim’s feet. The AC was on and there were also many maggots in the bedroom where the body was found. The investigation is ongoing.
