Man suspected of impregnating granddaughter

-

With a soft voice an 11-yearold girl answered the questions of Judge Duncan Nanhoe in the case against her 66-year-old grandfather Kliwon W. The suspect is on trial for sexually abusing and impregnating his own granddaughter. When it became clear to the judge that the witness could not answer her questions in the presence of the defendant, she decided to question the witness in her chamber. The victim’s mother who was also questioned told the judge that her father stayed over at each of his children’s house and that he also spent a few nights at her house. She explained that she was shocked to learn that he had taken advantage of his own granddaughter. Several weeks months after the defendant had stayed at her house, the woman noticed that her daughter’s stomach was getting bulgy so she brought her to a masseuse. When she visited the masseuse, she was told that her daughter was pregnant. When the masseuse asked the girl who was responsible for the pregnancy, the minor mentioned her grandfather’s name. The mother who was still in shock then brought her daughter to a gynecologist who concluded that the girl was already 4 months pregnant. After that the woman pressed charges against her father who was taken into police custody. Kliwon W who is being represented by his attorney, Shefani Amirkhan, denied all the charges against him. The victim claimed that the defendant had raped her thrice. “The child trusts you dad and that is why she did not object. Look at what you have one. It is difficult for me to process this,” said the victim’s mother. The defendant, however’ kept insisting that he was innocent. He is due back in court on November 17. The judge has ordered a paternity test. The defendant remained stone cold as he exited the court room where his daughter kept crying.
