Mental well-being is very important because stress and anxiety can have an effect on the human body. Sometimes those worries even cause you to be unable to breathe or eat properly. Instead of pretending to forget what’s been pestering you, seeking a way to cope with it is definitely a more healthier thing to do.

The Pacifica app is a stress managing tool that guides you to really think what has happened to you, as well as suggesting activities you should be doing in order to tackle the stress by constantly tracking your feelings and moods.

The app provides four groups of activity, which include Meditation, Thoughts, Relaxes and Goals.

Meditations and Relaxes shows you how to breathe properly and start to recognise things around you. The Thoughts activity lets users analyse how a recent activity has affected their emotions by inputting either text or voices. The app will encourage users to replace inaccurate or negative thoughts with more balanced ones. The Goals activity is to challenge users to do something unusual, to break through their own barriers, such as speaking up in a meeting, ordering new dishes or going to the gym.

Users can also record the time spent on each activity, like sleeping, exercising, or spending time with family.

The user’s moods are shown in a graph. After using the app for a while, users will be able to see whether the activities on the app help improve their mood or not.

There is a group chat function that allows all users to chat and share their experiences on managing stress and there is also a community feature that works like a forum where users can leave their opinions on specific topics.

The app is free but it provides more activities if users subscribe for monthly or yearly plans.
