The renowned Blue Elephant restaurant offers a special Christmas A La Carte Menu and New Year Eve’s Set Menu created by celebrity Chef Nooror.
“It’s always a pleasure for me to create the holiday menu as Christmas is my favourite time of the year. It always brings me back to the times spent in Europe with family and friends gathered around the table to feast over turkey, lobster, foie gras and other Christmas treats. For this year’s menu, I decided to showcase all my favourite Christmas ingredients with Thai cooking methods to create something truly unique and delightful,” says Chef Nooror.
Some of the offerings in the Christmas A La Carte Menu include Tangerine Lobster Salad, Turkey Stuffed with Foie Gras served with mushroom sauce infused with truffle oil, and Christmas Cake made with Thai fruits and topped with Crème Anglais and mango liqueur.
For New Year’s Eve, guests are in for an authentic Thai feast from ancient times with the “Enchanting Siam Era Menu” showcasing royal favorites such as Steamed Crab Dumpling from the Reign of King Rama V, Yam Yai Lobster which was a favorite of the Rattanakosin Court, and Beef or Lamb Shank Massaman, Chef Nooror’s bespoken signature curry, inspired from the poem of King Rama II.
