until tomorrow) The “Our Hands for Better Thailand 2016: Pankan Star Charities” event is a chance to browse through the personal belongings of famous stars and artists including Paradox, Jetset’er, P-Saderd, Mint Sawanya, Ter Chantavit, as well as actors and actresses from the Thai series Hormones. TOURISM FEST (Lumphini Park, Rama IV Road,
noon-10pm, until tomorrow) Organised by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), the “Thailand Tourism Festival 2016” features funfestivities, exotic crafts and scrumptious delicacies from all five regions. Outstanding products and food from 40 communities in Bangkok are available and visitors will discover new routes to the “12 Hidden Gems” destinations. There is no admission fee. PRODUCTS OF PATTANI (Future Park, Phahon
Yothin Road, 11am-8pm, until Jan 19) “The Best Products of Pattani” fair features locally made items from the southern province which include hand-woven bags, decorated shells, batik fabrics, hijabs, handicrafts as well as southern-style herbal salads, original recipes of chicken biryani with yellow rice, crispy roti and desserts. COLOURS OF JAPAN (Lifestyle Hall, 2nd floor, Siam Paragon, Rama I Road, Today and tomor
row, 11am-8pm) The “Colors of Japan Tottori & Shimane” fair features outstanding products from the two prefectures including crab-based products, pears, strawberries and wagyu beef. There are also origami workshops, an umbrella show, folk performances, a Dojo Sukui dance performance, fun games and a mini concert by Kang and Ruj The Star on Jan 15.
