A chicken cover-up

Can anyone tell me why True Visions has been censoring benign programmes lately.

I was watching a cooking programme — as there was nothing else on that wasn’t a repeat — when a True Visions censor screen appeared, interrupting the programme for a minute or so. I have no idea why it popped up — maybe it was the naked chicken or dodgy looking parsnip that prompted their prudence. It happened about three times over the 60-minute episode.

This happens even though you can watch someone getting butchered on other channels without interruption. I wish they would stop it. It’s annoying and I’m beginning to question my morals while cooking the Sunday roast! DAVID SHEEHAN
