THURSDAY: The Securities and Exchange Commission holds an institutional investors’ forum on Thailand’s Investment Governance Code (I Code) at the Grand Ballroom, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok. There will be an I Code launching ceremony and declaration of collaboration among agencies including the Office of Insurance Commission, the Thai Government Pension Fund, the Thai Social Security Office, the Association of Investment Management Companies, the Thai Association of Provident Fund, the Federation of Thai Capital Market Organizations, and life and non-life insurance associations. THURSDAY: LH Bank will have Bank of Thailand governor Veerathai Santiprabhob and Kirida Bhaopichitr, Thailand Development Research Institute’s research director for international research and advisory service, as key speakers for the bank’s seminar on economic outlook, to be held at Mandarin Hotel. FRIDAY: The Advertising Association of Thailand has organised a conference, entitled “Human Wired”, to mark its 50th anniversary at Siam Pavalai, Siam Paragon. The conference bring together the first time in Thailand the top five digital and social platforms — Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LINE — to discuss human and digital connectivity and its impact on branding, advertising, social and human transformation. FRIDAY: The Office of Trade Logistics of International Trade Promotion Department holds a seminar on the new assessment tools for the logistics system. The seminar, open to international traders, logistics providers and government officials, will be held at Anoma Grand Hotel, Bangkok.
