Multi-brand fashion showcase for kids
More than 700 child models will rock the runway during Siam Paragon Kids International Fashion Week, which will take place at the gigantic dome at Parc Paragon of Siam Paragon, Rama I, this weekend starting at noon.
Held under the “World Iconic Kids Runway” concept to showcase Thai fashion creativity for international recognition, Southeast Asia’s biggest kids’ fashion week will present a total of 14 shows featuring the spring/summer 2017 collections of kids’ apparel from 19 local and international brands.
The highlight will be special collections by four prominent Thai labels.
Hook’s combines playful design with smart tailoring inspired by classic luminaries from the past such as Madonna, David Bowie and Marilyn Monroe. Its “I Superstars” collection portrays a burst of colours and fun through stylish silhouettes with a fancy party vibe.
Tube Gallery brings excitement to the runway with its latest collections.
Tokyo Garden presents womenswear drawing on the beauty and colours of seasonal spring flowers, while tapping the Japanese art of flower arrangement, or Ikebana.
TG Robocat offers menswear inspired by Japanese comics and toys.
Making its kids’-runway debut, Rotsaniyom comes with the “Fleur” collection, taking inspiration from delicate details of floral petals, while the emerging label LittleFox’s “Moonlight Kingdom - Summer Edition (SS17)” collection reflects night-safari adventure through vivid colours and diverse printed textures.
Other participating brands include Gap Kids, Zara Kids, Diesel Kids, Cattimini, Ikks Junior, La Magie De Pumm, Le Petit Pumm, Lil’ Fairy Puin, Laugh, Paul Frank Kids, Petit Bateau and Miki House.
