Black Tie Service bargains on twofold revenue growth
Black Tie Service Co, a leading concierge and lifestyle service provider, project revenue to more than double to 150 million baht this year, driven by expansion abroad.
The company expects to become a top three concierge and lifestyle service company in Thailand by year-end, said founder and chief executive Kanokporn Na Ranong.
After the formation of a partnership with Consortio Services, a big concierge operator in Singapore, earlier this year, the two are in the process of providing global lifestyle experience and airport services for executives and travellers, including hotel arrangements and limousine, lounge and VIP fast track services in major cities including Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Dubai, London and Paris.
“Lifestyle experience and airport services will support our customers who prefer convenience and exclusiveness when travelling around the world,” Ms Kanokporn said.
Black Tie Service views its experience in providing concierge and lifestyle service to corporate customers and wealthy people in Thailand and other Asean countries among its strengths, while Consortio Service has solid connections with leading banks in Singapore.
Black Tie Service recently appointed GCN China as its representative there to introduce its concierge service.
With the GCN China appointment, the company believes it can expand to attract premium Chinese tourists travelling to Thailand.
“There is a lot of demand for concierge services from luxury Chinese tourists, who are the main growth driver for Thai tourism,” Ms Kanokporn said. “Chinese tourists like to visit Thailand and their number are on the rise every year.”
Black Tie Service, founded over three years ago, also organises exclusive company functions and provides privileges for top-tier clients.
Black Tie Service is trusted by many Thai organisations including private banking services, car companies, airlines and TV channels, as well as international firms and celebrities, she said.
Ms Kanokporn said the company’s business has grown exponentially over the last two years.
“Concierge and lifestyle service demand is on the rise as big corporations want to provide unique experiences and a sense of exclusivity to their clients,” she said. “We can do everything for them, including arranging a private jet or yacht.”
