Go wild at CentralPlaza Chonburi
CentralPlaza Chonburi will be transformed into a flowery garden filled with animals during “The Miracle Garden 2017 — Fantasy Animals in the Garden” fair from tomorrow to Sunday.
Organised in collaboration with Nongnooch Pattaya Garden, the Eastern Association of Ornamental Plants, Dasada Gallery and Khao Kheow Open Zoo, this is a one-of-a-kind fair for Chon Buri province that will see several real and replicated animals right in a shopping centre.
The highlights will be the creations of a 3m-tall bear and mother-and-child elephants decorated with artificial marigolds. There also will be the sculptures of a herd of giraffes, zebras, rabbits as well as wooden deers around the garden — all in life size.
This is a rare chance to get up close and personal with a bearcats, macaws, Harris’s hawks and Hedwig owls. They will be on loan from Khao Kheow Open Zoo, which will host a zoo talk and a flight show by Harris’s hawks daily in the afternoon.
Other activities include “The Mask Flower” competition on Saturday at 1.30pm, a kid’s fashion show under the theme “Fantasy Animals In The Garden”, and a workshop on how to create a zoo-like garden in a bottle on Saturday and Sunday at 3pm.
More than 30 shops will present a variety of plants and garden accessories amidst live music performed by Kawai Music School.
