TUESDAY: Bangkok Bank is organising a one-day seminar on innovation to improve agriculture productivity at Sunrise Lagoon Hotel and Golf in Chachoengsao province. WEDNESDAY: Thailand Productivity Institute of the Industry Ministry is holding a two-day seminar titled “Thailand Quality Award 2016 Winner Conference” at Hotel Windsor Suites & Convention. The event features insight from winners of the Hwa Chong Institution of Singapore Quality Award and seven winners of Thailand Quality Class 2016.

MONDAY: The Stock Exchange of Thailand is reporting on April’s trade volume for both domestic and international stock markets, at the its office on Ratchadaphisek Road. Deloitte Thailand executive Somkrit Krishnamra and Kevin Nixon, global & Asia-Pacific lead at the Deloitte Centre for Regulatory Strategy will provide an update on regulatory technology and financial technology that will impact businesses. The press briefing will be held at Deloitte office, AIA Sathorn Tower. Science and Technology Minister Atchaka Sibunruang informs the media on the ministry’s plan to organise “Start-up Thailand 2017”, a seminar to be conducted under the theme “Start-up Thailand, Scale Up Asia”. WEDNESDAY: The Thai Contractors Association has partnered with the Impact Exhibition Management Co and France’s Comexposium Group to hold a news conference for the coming Intermat Asean 2017, which will be held during June 8-10 at Impact Muang Thong Thani. Executives and representatives of the Expressway Authority and the Highway Department will also reveal Thailand’s megaproject construction at the media briefing at Eastin Grand Sathorn. THURSDAY: RBT Technology Co, together with Siam Discovery shopping centre and B&O Play will jointly introduce the B&O Play headphones and gadgets to the Thai market. At the event, to be held at Living Room in Siam Discovery, Alex Chan, general manager and head of Asia-Pacific sales for B&O Play, will provide insight into the market trends of electronic gadgets.

THURSDAY: Nokia is holding Nokia Innovation Day with Sebastien Laurent, country director for Nokia Thailand, who will be introducing Nokia’s latest innovations and cutting-edge solutions from Mobile World Congress 2017. The briefing, at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, will see Mr Laurent demonstrating Nokia technologies and reveal its first quarter business performance and strategy for 2017.

WEDNESDAY: Asian Utility Week, a two-day expo and conference for the utility business, will take place at Impact Arena, Exhibition & Convention Center in Nonthaburi until Thursday.
