Health-loving people and fitness fanatics are once again invited to join the “Fit & Fun Charity” at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok, Sathon Road on Aug 6, from 8am-6pm.

Held in collaborat­ion with Cascade Club, Trika Yog school and Les Milles fitness club, this yoga charity event is said to be bigger and better than ever before with the addition of many more fun-packed activities making it a day health lovers should not miss.

Dozens of classes on offer will feature various discipline­s of fitness including yoga, sh’bam (group dance), body combat, body jam, zumba, fuze functional training, box hiit, piloxing, pilates and body balance. Exercise for pregnancy, office syndrome and anti-ageing will also be available.

Among the capital’s leading yoga teachers and fitness influencer­s set to lead the classes throughout the day will be Meji Anorma Sarunsikar­in, Sathik Thanaruk aka coach Peng who penned Roo Ngi Pom Pai Nan Laew pocketbook, and coach Sumet Kanching, an expert in anti-ageing and regenerati­ve medicine.

There will also be the “Fit Challenge” to test how fit or strong you are with the chance to win many exclusive prizes while a number of unique market stalls will be put up in front of the venue to offer a variety of goods, including healthy foods and products.

The fee is 699 baht and you can join as many classes as you wish and receive a free T-shirt plus many giveaways. All proceeds will be donated to the Anti-Human Traffickin­g and Child Abuse Center in Chon Buri province.
