A refreshing expo at Bitec Hall
The “Food&Hotel Thailand (FHT)” will return with the best solutions for food and hospitality businesses across Thailand and the region at Bitec Hall 103-105, Bang Na-Trat Road, from Wednesday to Sunday, 10am-6pm.
Held under the theme “Refreshing Premium Business”, the 25th edition of the international expo will present the latest innovations and technology and premium products in the food and beverage industry from more than 370 exhibitors from 30 countries.
This year’s highlights include seven international pavilions from Belgium, China, Germany, Japan, South Africa, Taiwan and the US; new products with at least 22 global launches, 12 Asean launches and 38 Thailand launches; the International Wine Challenge and Thai Wine Master Class; and the beer pavilion and craft beer workshops.
New activities presented for the first time will be the Best Chef Competition held under the 23rd Thailand International Culinary Cup (TICC), the five-Course Western Table Set Up Competition and the World Champion 2017 Latte Artist. ABOVE:

The FHT 2017 will feature a range of professional events to encourage new skills development and training. They include the 19th Hospitality Industry Congress, the Thailand National Latte Art Championship, the Best Sommelier in French and Thai Wines Competition 2017, a workshop and a seminar by the Executive Housekeeper Association, and many seminars organised by the Thai Restaurant Association, the Hotels & Building Chief Engineering’s Club, Dusit Thani College and the MSC Thai Culinary School.
Besides being a one-stop shop for new ideas, new products and new skills in the hospitality business, the trade event is an opportunity for industry professionals to connect with the world’s best companies who will be exhibiting their products and services.
