Dream Bangkok (2254 8500) September: Flava restaurant’s featured dishes are Western burger and Italian pizza with choices of Thai flavours such as stir-fried beef basil and sour and spicy tom yum goong. Price is 350 baht per dish.

September: Atrium internatio­nal buffet restaurant features seasonal special crab from Khlong Khlone district in Samut Songkhram province. The crabs are to be prepared in various styles such as steamed, stir-fried and charcoal grilled. Prices for the buffet are 2,000 baht per person for a weekday dinner and 2,500 baht per person for Friday-Saturday dinner and Sunday brunch. A group of four dining guests only pays for two.

Priced at 2,400 baht for a nine-course set and 3,600 baht for a 12-course set, the menu is prepared to authentic Thai recipes yet with modern techniques and presentati­ons. Dishes include Alaskan king crab with fresh bilimbi, coconut and shrimp paste dressing; Southern-style braised pork belly in five spices; and yellow curry with snow fish and toddy palm.
