I’m surprised that Gordon Strachan was reportedly “forced” to step down as manager after Scotland failed to qualify for the 2018 World Cup. Whoever is the manager, it is difficult to take Scotland to the World Cup. According to the bookies, former Manchester United boss David Moyes is favourite to succeed Strachan.
