A hundred adorable pets will take centrestag­e at “EmQuartier Pet-a-Porter 2017” at Quartier Avenue, ground floor of EmQuartier, Sukhumvit Road, from tomorrow to Sunday.

Held under the theme “Healthy Charity” by SmartHeart and JerHigh, the four-day event will be filled with many activities performed by our four-legged friends, the highlight of which is a 20m building rappelling show by the Military Dog Battalion tomorrow at 2pm.

A pet talent show will be held at 12.30pm tomorrow and Friday, and at 11.30am on Saturday and Sunday, followed by a variety of activities that will proceed until 6.30pm.

This is an opportunit­y to meet and greet with your favourite pet idols popular on social media. They include Captain Quint, Ninja & The Gang, Ma Kidd, The Animal Lulla, French Buta, Vigo White Bear, Maya Siberianhu­sky, Mushche, Rifle, Team Loyd, Baan Alis and Eurosauras.

Many pet clubs such as Corgi Club, Shiba Club, Jack Russell Club and Beagle Gang will also bring their adorable pets to showcase at the fair.

Other activities include a mini fashion show by celebritie­s and pet idols, pet training demonstrat­ions, pet food cooking demonstrat­ions and free health check-up from Thonglor Pet Hospital and Vet 4.

On sale will be a wide range of pet products and services, including a cafe and bakery for dogs, while pet owners can enjoy the restaurant­s. There will also be charity raffles offering up to 1,000 prizes, worth more than 200,000 baht.

All proceeds will be donated to animal-related charitable organisati­ons, including the non-profit animal welfare organisati­on, World Animal Protection.
