GENEROUS DONATION: Pepsi-Cola led by Kurt Preshaw, centre, GM for foods Nitin Bhandari, third right, marketing director, and Thamas Chumpani, second right, senior marketing manager for Lay’s crisps, presented a donation of 100,000 baht to Operation Smile Thailand Foundation represente­d by Paul Robere, third left, member of the board. The donation aims to support free surgeries for children with cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformitie­s.

CHARITABLE GIFT: Harumitsu Akashi, second right, managing director, Patsita Sittipornw­attanakul, right, marketing communicat­ions manager, and Thani Charoenate, left, marketing manager of Seiko Thailand, on behalf of purchasers of limited edition Seiko watches, presented a donation from net proceeds after deducting expenses in the amount of 9.2 million baht to Sumet Tantivejku­l, second left, secretary-general of The Chaipattan­a Foundation, to support royal projects initiated by His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
