Meet Astro on Thai turf

Rising K-pop band Astro will give the first fan meeting in the Kingdom at Ultra Arena Show of DC, Rama IX, on March 3 at 1pm and 7pm.

Organised by BEC-Tero Show, the “2018 Astro Global Fan Meeting Thailand” is the only chance to get to know more about the six-member boy band founded just years ago and named by Billboard as one of the best new K-pop groups of 2016. They will be performing hits from their six mini albums.

Comprising JinJin, MJ, Rocky, Eunwoo, Sanha, and Moon Bin, Astro debuted with the lead single Hide & Seekk from their debut EP Spring Up which ranked No.6 on the Billboard World Albums Chart in the US after it was released in February 2016.

Their second mini album, Summer Vibes, released five months later, also earned the same place on the same chart as their first album and later prompted the sextet to have their first Asia showcase in Japan, Indonesia and Thailand before they came up with their third album, Autumn Story, in November.

Last year saw the release of three more mini albums, which earned top places on the Gaon Music Chart, staring with Winter Dream in February, Dream Part. 01 in May and

Dream Part. 022 in November.
