With help from some peculiar, quarantined dogs, he discovers the truth about Japan’s government scheme. Burning

Based on Murakami’s Barn Burning, protagonist Jongsu runs into childhood friend Hae-mi, who reveals she had a crush on him at a young age. Hae-mi embarks on a long-awaited trip to Africa, and asks him to take care of her cat. Once she returns to Seoul with Ben, a Korean love interest, she introduces him to Jong-Su, who proceeds to find out more about this mysterious man, discovering Ben’s strange hobby in the process.
