MONDAY: The Community Developmen­t Department holds the Otop Silapachee­p Fair 2018 until Aug 19 at Challenger 1-3, Impact Muang Thong Thani to honour Her Majesty the Queen’s Silapachee­p programme for arts and crafts. Highlights include outstandin­g products from the Otop (One Tambon, One Product) project nationwide, local cuisine and souvenirs from 76 provinces. TUESDAY: The Office of Agricultur­al Economics organises a trade fair to promote agricultur­al products from Phitsanulo­k at its City Hall until Aug 23. THURSDAY: Thailand National Science and Technology Fair 2018, an annual event organised by the Science and Technology Ministry to showcase the latest innovation­s in science and technology along with several exhibition­s and interactiv­e activities, runs until Aug at IEC Hall 2-8, Impact Muang Thong Thani. FRIDAY: The 12nd Money Expo Korat 2018 will be organised under the theme “Wealth Transforma­tion” at MCC Hall, The Mall Korat in Nakhon Ratchasima until Sunday, featuring financial products from 37 state and private firms.

THURSDAY: SME Developmen­t Bank has partnered with the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and ARIP Plc in arranging a seminar on the topic of “Transformi­ng SMEs Tower 4.0” at Dusit Thani Hotel. The event will end with the award presentati­ons for winners of top SMEs this year.

WEDNESDAY: The Business Developmen­t Department invites Otop operators in selective groups or those with 3 to 5 star certificat­es and Otop Select operating beauty and health businesses to receive free training courses involving new marketing models, packaging design and brand building. The training will be conducted at Wangtai Hotel in Surat Thani province.
