On 24 December 2018 during 6pm-10.30 pm celebrate Christmas Eve at Element restaurant. Our Executive Chef, Nattakit Kallayanamitr has created an extravagance Christmas Eve six-course menu, showcasing the freshest ingredients including Foie Gras terrine from France and Australian Veal with Red Wine Truffle sauce. To complete the night with a visit of Father Christmas and his helpers. Our Christmas carolers will perform festive holiday favourite songs that will help set the mood. A SPARKLING CHRISTMAS BRUNCH AT ELEMENT

On 25 December 2018 during 12 noon3pm, for something a little different, why not feast on our renowned roasted duck for Christmas at Element restaurant There is also seasonal fare such as roasted turkey, honey glazed roasted ham, Alaska king crab and fresh oyster. Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of Sparkling wine (non-alcoholic beverages are also available).
