Le Normandie: Celebrate this special festival at two-Michelin starred Le Normandie. Chef Arnaud Dunand-Sauthier will present a seven-course dinner menu offering genuine and unique experience of haute cuisine. Highlights include Foie gras de canard or foie gras terrine, bamboo, lemon and ginger. Crabe Royal or Alaskan king crab, carrot, coriander and curry and Reblochon Fermier of farmed reblochon with young coconut and truffle. B9,500 net per person.

Lord Jim’s: Enjoy a seven-course menu seafood extravagan­za menu created by Lord Jim’s resident chef Nick Gannaway. Highlights include Flambadou oyster baby boudeuse, Coconut & lychee sambal with pickled shallot; Caramelise­d foie gras, pineapple, muscavado, grilled chilli and lime, and Finger cake milk and Chiang Mai dark chocolate, mango and passion fruit, chocolate lemongrass sorbet. Guests will also enjoy a classical Thai dance show and fireworks display overlookin­g the Chao Phraya River. B5,250 net per person.
