The end of the year is the perfect time to rest, reflect and allow new inspirations to emerge for the new year. For many, it’s a time to let go of any stories and beliefs holding one back.

Museflower Retreat & Spa, a leading holistic wellness retreat in Chiang Rai, is holding a special week where participants will conceive new visions to create in their lives for 2020 that come from the soul.

Starting from Winter Solstice day on Dec 21, the “Winter Museflower Magic Week” will offer a series of special wellness classes to count down to the New Year right at this natural sanctuary in the North. Visiting teacher Susanna Eduini, a breathwork practitioner and TEDx speaker, will join the retreat’s resident holistic practitioners to lead special classes that include breathwork and various types of meditation techniques such as labyrinth walking meditation, and singing-bowl meditation.

Participants will try different types of movement classes such as ecstatic dance, dance mandala and in-touch movement meditation, and learn new personal-growth techniques using creating-vision mandalas, fire ceremonies, Native American vision quest and self-care workshop.

This is also a unique opportunity to discover a wide range of holistic healing and spiritual offerings that are rarely found in one place at one time.

All in-house guests will receive daily mini surprise gifts. Each day will bring new delights such as freshly made body scrub, a free one-card reading with Museflower founder Tania Ho, and an add-on 10-minute facial massage.

Classes are open to both in-house and outside guests at 500 baht for a 60-minute class and 1,000 baht for a 90/120-minute class. Buy 4 classes and get 1 free.
