K-pop act returns with their 6ixense
Amid the coronavirus outbreak, AB6IX is one of the few K-pop acts that didn’t cancel their shows in Thailand. In collaboration with Be Hear Now K Pop, Search Live and Brand New Music, “AB6IX 1st World Tour <6ixense> in Bangkok”, which will be held at Thunder Dome, Muang Thong Thani on March 7, are guaranteed to have measures to protect their fan club, ABNEW, the artists and the crews from Covid19 by spraying the venue, providing free face-masks, hand wash gel and fever-screening.
Formed as a group last year, AB6IX has gained a large fan base from The
Produce 101 reality show. Despite high competition among boy bands, the quintet has stood out from others with individual charm, songwriting abilities and catchy tunes. In June 2019, a month after their debut on May 22, their first single, Breathe, won on many music shows. The group was also awarded best new artist at several prestige award shows, including the Asia Artist Awards, Genie Music Awards and Seoul Music Awards.
With their great talents, the quintet had an opportunity to collaborate with American rapper Lizzo, who recently won Best Pop Solo Performance for her single Truth Hurts at the Grammys. The group and the American rapper released a remix of Truth Hurts together.
At their show, concertgoers can expect to hear the chart-topping singles Breathe and Truth Hurts, as well as solo performances of the five members, since their latest album, 6ixense, features their individual songs.
Tickets cost 2,500, 3,500, 5,500 and 6,000 baht, and are still available at thaiticketmajor.com and ThaiTicketMajor outlets.
