Learn how to bring out your inner artist
Didn’t go to art school but still want to bring out your inner artist? This March 29, Olive Creative Laboratory is inviting all art lovers to join their latest workshop session on learning how to easily sketch landscape images.
Learn how to draw landscape images anywhere, anytime, with just a sketchbook and a pen. Learn how to draw sketches of 3D buildings quickly with just a single pen. No basic skills are required to join the session.
Study material:
Learn the proper way of sketching landscapes.
Learn the techniques of how to draw dimensions using the perspective principles (techniques that architects use in architectural drawing).
Learn how to draw trees and human outlines to compose landscape images.
The session will be taught by teacher Joe, owner of the skeychy_sunday page. He is an architect by trade but draws pictures as a hobby and wants to share the same fun experience with everyone. His minimalist work has appeared in various events, leading shopping malls like Siam Discovery, illustrations websites and several restaurants. Joe will also reveal some of the techniques he uses in the workshop.
The workshop studio in Ekkamai formed in 2016 and hosts all kinds of workshops from drawing, watercolour, craft work, knitting, flower arrangement to creative work such as photography and writing. The studio is run by Monwadee Siripremruedee, a graphic designer and lecturer at King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang.
Landscape & Quick Sketch takes place at Olive Creative Laboratory, Ekkamai 10 (BTS Ekkamai) on Sunday 29 March 2020. The session runs from 10am-5pm. Tuition fee is 2,800 baht (limited to 12 seats). For more information, call 064 193 6536, or wwww.facebook. com/olivecreativelab
