Stay home and shop at Platinum Mall
The Platinum Fashion Mall has come up with a unique channel to create sales opportunities for every shop within its complex.
Using the conversational commerce strategy, “The Platinum Fashion Mall LIVE: A Shopping That Is Good For Heart” invites shoppers who are social distancing and staying at home to relax and enjoy the updated trends of new clothing and other fashion items presented through live broadcasting via the mall’s Facebook page.
Running until May 18, the campaign allows shoppers and sellers to make deals with a two-way communication approach, with the live broadcast being held every Monday from 11am to noon and Friday from 6.30-7.30pm.
Each live session will get fashionistas updated with new items from each shop presented under interesting topics including “Oppa’s fanclub: Please come here as all cheap and trendy clothes and goods are here” on May 8, “Girls dressed up according to the horoscope: Good luck to all, believe it!” on May 11, “Cool and chic jeans for every occasion” on May 15, and “LIVE are the coolest things you must have” on May 18.
The previous four sessions that were broadcast from April 24 can still be viewed on the page. They feature such topics as “Update summer trend: Stay at home and stay beautiful”, “Hello Monday! Conference call dress-up to be unbeatable”, “Preparing working clothes: Looking forward to our beloved job”, “Stay tuned by the screen: Big discounts and wholesale are on the way”.
