Shintaro Japanese restaurant has reopened with a selection of popular dishes including red dragon rolls with spicy tuna, shrimp, eel, avocado, tempura batter and crispy shallots; uminosachi seafood salad with seaweed, vegetables and Shintaro soy dressing; and pan-fried gindara codfish with spicy cream sauce.
