Specialiti­es include Caesar salad, red snapper ceviche, freshly baked quiche, foie gras terrines and truffled beef tartare from the trolleys; and a selection of fresh seafood such as Canadian lobster and king crab and prime cut of meat prepared to your liking. Prices are 2,500 baht per person for weekend brunch; 1,300 baht per person for weekday lunch; 1,700 baht for a Sunday-Thursday dinner; and 1,900 baht for Friday and Saturday dinner. Chatrium Residence (02-672-0200) August: Albricias restaurant’s recommende­d dishes include Spanish paella rice; torched shimesaba mackerel with aji verde, yuzu and chives oil; wagyu beef steak tartare with green apple sorbet; Atlantic snow fish chipotle with adobo spicy sauce; cochinillo lechal suckling pig with apple fennel salad; and apple tart with calvados flambé.

Eastin Grand Sathorn (02-210-8100) Until September: With a minimum spending of 3,299 baht per bill, get a compliment­ary night stay for two persons in a superior room when dine at Blunos or The Glass House restaurant­s. August: Two Michelin-starred Le Normandie French restaurant offers a 7-course dinner menu in the privacy of a Chao Phraya Suite residence. Featured dishes include zucchini trumpet with smoked eel; carabinero­s prawn with raspberry, baked turnips and prawn bisque sauce; caviar et pomme de terre with sea urchin mousse; linecaught sea bass with celery and sliced bottarga; and Hokkaido black abalone with gentian. August: Next2 Cafe highlights its Friday and Saturday seafood dinner buffet with an internatio­nal selection of dishes prepared a la minute. Meanwhile on Sunday, Aug 2, Uno Mas restaurant presents Fabuloso Champagne Brunch with unlimited offerings of Spanish and Mediterran­ean inspired delicacies such as Iberico ham, fresh oysters, Alaskan king crab, Maine and Phuket lobsters, jumbo prawns, and premium cold cuts.
