For the first time, Igniv will travel outside its origin country of Switzerland and make its way to the Land of Smiles. Igniv, founded by chef Andreas Caminada, who is also the chef-patron of the Schloss Schauenstein restaurant in Switzerland, is set to offer a sharing-style fine dining experience to its patrons. The kitchen in Bangkok will be helmed by Chef David Hartwig and pastry chef Arne Riehn.
