Sea urchin roe is a special and widely-loved delicacy in Japan, but now it will also be the star of a new special menu at Up & Above Restaurant. Also known as uni, Up & Above Restaurant will serve up the delicacy in different ways like sea urchin risotto with roasted nori seaweed and sea urchin spaghetti with ikura among others. This special menu will be available for guests to enjoy until the end of the year.
