Chiva-Som hosts festive fundraisers
Chiva-Som Hua Hin celebrates the festiveperiod withvarious activities, from fundraising dinners supporting the resort’s commitment to sustainability to welcoming the arrival of the Year of the Rabbit with a rock’n’roll-themed New Year extravaganza.
On Dec 12, the resort willwelcome back acclaimed Michelinstarredchef Dan Bark of renowned Bangkok restaurant Cadence for an exclusive collaboration with the resort’s executive chef Sinchai Srivipa. The eight-course dinnerfeaturespremium and locally-sourced ingredients, and will showcase the two master chefs’ distinct cooking techniques while maintaining the resort’s signature of nutritious and delicious wellness cuisine. The proceeds from the evening willgo towards ChivaSom’s Krailart Niwate Mangrove Ecosystem Preservation Project, Hua Hin’s only mangrove ecosystem.
On Dec 24, guests are invited to join a barbecue dinner at the beachfront Taste of Siam, accompanied by carol singing by local hilltribe children, before waking up on Christmas morning to a delectable festive brunch. On Dec 31, Chiva-Som guests will then be treated to a 50s rock’n’roll New Year party.
Chiva-Som’s fundraising gala is priced at 10,000 baht per person, the Christmas barbecue at 2,500 baht++ per person, and the New Year’s Eve gala at 15,000 baht++ per person.
